Applying for Rentals- A verified identity
- 3x the monthly rent in net income after monthly debt
- An Experian consumer credit report that does not have any past due or derogatory accounts.
- A criminal background check that does not have any findings of felonies.
- A residential and eviction history that does not have any findings of past due rent or judgments.
- We also require each person who would be residing in the property over the age of eighteen to submit an application as a “Tenant.” Dependents, or individuals under eighteen, do not need to submit their own application. However, their information must be disclosed in the application process in the "Dependents" section.
